Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly — the yearly term saves roughly two months vs paying monthly. New organizations start a free Team trial — no card required. Manage or change your plan any time in Billing & plans — every plan, Enterprise included, is available self-serve.
Prefer to run Provenant on your own infrastructure? Every tier can also self-host: the Free tier needs no license at all, and paid tiers activate with a signed license key that carries the plan and its validity period.
